The Palace was builit in 1830, ispired by the classical style of Italian Villas and successively ampliated in 1930-1939. It has a total surface of 950m², distributed on four floors, including an accessible attic and a usable basement. 
In 1973, the Palace was renovated and used as an Exclusive Private Country Club until 2007. At the moment it is arranged with 30 rooms, a gentleman's club, a restaurant with wide and functional kitchen, conference room and a library. On the parter, there is also access to three spacious terraces with a beautiful view on the park. 
The main inspiration for the Palace was Pałac Sobańskich, located in the center Warsaw which gives a perfect example of the Palace after future renovations.
Under the palace there is a hot spring that can be used to heat the entire palace or as a source of hot water for a modern SPA.

Park and Land
The park has a total surface of 14,5he, it's fenced and guarantees absolute privacy. The park is considered a natural museum thanks to 25 protected trees, which are more than 300 years old. 
These trees are located mostly around the palace, the lake and on the tree-lined entrance avenue.
The plot is partially available for constructions, for a total area of 18 000m². The land is under 5th and 6th classification. 
There is also the chance to buy additional 80he of land with possibility to have permission to build.

The propery is located in Grzegorzewice, 35 min by car from the center of Warsaw. The palace distance only 9km from S8, 28 km from the New Airport which is planned to be finished in 2027, only10 km from the Palace there is the new aquapark Suntago.
